About New Capital City

The New Administrative Capital Project in Egypt was announced in 2015. It is a sustainable new city, which aligns with the country’s 2030 vision. The New Capital City covers around 170k acres of land in Egypt, ideally located 35 kilometers east of Cairo. It is one of the top living and working destinations in the country, exhibiting a broad range of distinctive and essential facilities. 

The New Administrative Capital is one of the biggest projects in Egypt which serves as a governmental and business hub. It also features a wide variety of lavish compounds with state-of-the-art amenities, as this mega project was aimed to take the edge of overcrowded Cairo.
